Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not 
completely satisfied with your purchase you may 
return it within 30 days of receipt for a full 
refund or exchange, provided the item is unused 
and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return please contact us at 
sales@boardgamesuk.co.uk with your order number 
and reason for return. Return postage costs are 
the responsibility of the customer unless the 
item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days 
of receiving the returned item.
